Ceresoli Stampi follows the entire design and manufacturing phase of moulds for plastics and thermosetting materials, including maintenance and repair on request.
Initial contact with the customer takes place at the estimation stage; if the customer already has the exact details of the piece, once the order is approved, the next stage is that of design. However, if the customer is not able to provide the three-dimensional file of the piece, Ceresoli Stampi relies on technical partners able, starting from the technical drawing, to take care of the whole prototyping phase . The customer can also contact Ceresoli with just an idea: the company will then design and create the prototype for the customer according to their needs. If necessary, the company scans old pieces for which the customer does not have the technical drawings.
We don't just limit ourselves to production: another plus that Ceresoli boasts is the fact that we are able to provide advice to our customers, suggesting through a co-design phase any improvements to the mould that would make it cheaper and at the same time more functional and efficient.
When the order is approved, the mould design starts: during this phase, itemised lists are issued with which it is possible to begin ordering the parts needed to make the mould. When the design is completed, we start with the CAD/CAM programming.
We also deal with sampling phase: when the mould has been made, finished and assembled, it is analysed and after sampling if the results are positive we start the pre-production process.
