Mould Maintenance and Repair

The moulds for plastics produced by Ceresoli are extremely reliable, but due to intensive production cycles, their deterioration is inevitable; for this reason, we are set up to be able to repair different types of damage to moulds for plastics.

On request we can provide a revision and maintenance plan, with variable frequency: depending on the need, the mould is returned to the company, disassembled and checked completely, technicians issue a report for the damaged parts, providing a cost estimate for maintenance and repair and from there proceed with replacing the worn parts. Finally, everything is reassembled and the mould returned to the customer. If necessary, laser welding can also be carried out.
