Ceresoli Stampi is based in Brozzo di Marcheno (Brescia), in upper Val Trompia, and its premises covers about 900 square metres split over two levels: the first floors is home to the technical office, the production facility and maintenance area of the moulds for plastics and thermosetting material, while the first floor is dedicated to the warehouse. The Team is made up of about 15 people.
We have 3D CAD/CAM systems, with operators constantly kept up-to-date through specialist courses: with these systems it is possible to simulate the machining even in unmonitored mode and once it has been established that there are no problems such as colliding, it is programmed in complete peace of mind. This method ensures times are fully respected: any error is pre-analysed even before moving on to the production phase.
The progress of mould production is followed step by step using dedicated software: machine operators constantly monitor and check machining making it possible to provide the customer with updates on order status.
For the operational phase we take advantage of cutting-edge machines, connected directly to the technical office, which allows, if there are any changes to be made, to immediately pass on the necessary information.
