History
Ceresoli Stampi is a company specialising in the design and production of moulds for plastics and thermosetting materials. It is based in Brozzo di Marcheno, in the province of Brescia.
Who we are
Ceresoli Stampi has been in business for over 40 years: established in 1975 as a sole proprietorship, the company has always been family-run. The founder, Mr. Ceresoli, immediately instilled a clear direction to his business, making the quality of the moulds and adherence to deadlines the top priority.
In 2010, Mr. Ceresoli decided to hand over the helm of the company to his children, while still being present and offering his support: this led to the start a second phase increasingly characterised by the introduction of sophisticated technological instrumentation, with constantly upgraded 3 and 5-axis workstations, 3D CAD/CAM systems and other specialist software. The CAD/CAM systems, in particular, make it is possible to check and simulate before production, resulting in total control over the product; moreover, the machining can be entirely monitored even without operator presence.
Ceresoli Stampi uses various types of special steel from the best steelworks (Bohler - Uddeholm - Lucefin), which is treated to give the mould the best resistance and guarantee.
If needed, the choice of the best treatment is evaluated with the support of leading companies in the field of thermal treatments.
Our company takes on the role of sole point of reference for the entire process of plastic injection moulding manufacturing: as a matter of fact it follows all phases, from mould design and prototyping to mould production and testing. It also deals with mould maintenance, not only those it has produced but also those created by other companies, for which 2D and 3D drawings are often not available.
